Workout done! 30 mins of mixed cardio and weights for upper and lower. My cardio in between sets is a low impact walk/ dance in the room.
I used to wear headphones when I worked out as it’s 4:00 am in the morning but I find I do a better workout without them. So, yes I play my music openly! It’s freeing. Not loud enough for my neighbors but my son down stairs is another story lol
