It’s been a little while

I’ve been slacking on monitoring my food intake and posting my workouts.

I’ve been in a little slump lately but I’m climbing back out!  I never give up! I admit lately I’ve been lonely as I’ve been single for too long. It’s my own fault as I’ve been a hermit for years. I plan to change that in small moves. Why must I sabatoge myself? Not quite sure but I’m back. Will post my calorie intake later whether good or bad!

I also have a goal to do 1 hour of homework in my sunroom with no tv as compared to on the couch during commercials. I know what I need to do and have the tools just haven’t been wanting to.

My other goal today is also to do my skin routine, as it looks like hell right now.

Will check back tonight.

My early morning

woke up at my regular time, 3:45 am. Jumped right out of bed no snoozing.

Brought lucy, my pup out.

Had my regular coffee with collagen peptides and tumeric

Woke up with neck pain 😩

did 15 min light cardio with 3 sets leg extensions (12 reps)

let Rambo, my ferret out.

Used my microdermabrasion kit for 15 mins on face, neck and hands.

Time to get ready for work.

Day 4 recap

Arm is sore, well painful. Iced and took IB X 3 It’s going to be tough not to do my normal workout tomorrow morning.

IBS acted up today 😩 it was a rough couple of hours.

– over on calories and carbs  👎 BUT I tracked! I’m proud of myself for doing that!

Picked up some collagen peptides. Look it up!

No cigarettes 👏(July 15, 2018)  or patches! Chewing the gum, doing great! Will start to be mindful of when I choose to chew the gum.  Skin looking better already! 🍑
