The past couple of weeks I’ve been working on my health. Why? Probably because I see the damage of smoking, diabetes, and obesity has done to me. I’m in my late 40s and I don’t want this (sitting in my house) when not working, to be my life.
I see my wrinkles; skin changes are soo, well awful. It’s an awakening! Of course there’s a lot more I see, in body changes but at this point I don’t have the right words to articulate the changes but I’m sure you get the gist.
I inspire myself to quit smoking, eat healthier and exercise regularly.
