Yes I made my goal!

Instead of coming home and sitting on the couch, I cleaned and it helped me make my 11,000 steps goal 🎯

Tough morning

I didn’t workout for 3 days and my body is so sore.

Last week I increased my steps to 11,000 so I have a lot to catch up on the rest of the day. Since I have a desk job I try to make my hourly goals.
