Only a few days left in the 21 day goal.

Overall, no too bad. Weekends are the toughest for me! All around 👎 but I don’t let that get me down!

My goal is to lose 7 pounds in the next 10 days.

2 miles yesterday

I increased my walk from a mile and a half to two miles yesterday. Getting my step goal in every day! At 12,000 for goal now 💪

Today is day 9 of my 21 day goal challenge. The hardest of all is extra time for homework but the semester is nearing end and almost done with that!
