I had a great workout this morning 💪
Put my cc away so I don’t pick up take out on the way home. I got this!
One meal, one day at a time.
I slipped this evening and had 4 cigs. But for my psyche I can’t count it as starting over again. Why did I do it? Habit. Loneliness. I’m lonely. I don’t like to talk much about my personal life but there it is.
On a good note I exercised! Got my steps in! Gooaalll!!
I have a stomachache because of the shitty gorge from last night; so didn’t eat all calories today.
Unsure why I’m craving cigarettes and wanting to eat anything but I’m chewing nicotine gum and I logged ALL my intake today. Good or bad.
Great workout this morning. Feeling good!! Yessaaa!

– Took my collagen peptides and tumeric this morning, with my coffee of course.
– bought some over the counter iron, SlowFE , because of my IBS. Will start with 1 pill every other day.
– been cigarette free for over 2 weeks! 👊

Worked my 2nd job today so made goal!
My M-F job is a desk job so it’s nice when I work my second job as it’s more active.
Feeling good. BS was 119. I’ll take that for now.
Early morning workout done! Going for the muffin this morning which means I have to be very careful through out the day! No more junk. I’m a complete junk food ADDICT 😩 chocolate. cakes. Fast food.
Dinner was a bust but I know I can’t change every meal over night.
The good news is I didn’t have that muffin this morning!
-extra steps after dinner done. I read today that 10 mins of walking after every meal is better than a daily 30 min walk to lower fasting blood sugars. It will be interesting when I check tomorrow morning as I had over 100 g of carbs for dinner alone. Ya ya I know. Don’t judge.
Did 15 mins of walking, post dinner (in house) gained a couple thousand more steps!
