Had a great day at work. I feel good today 😊👍
– Took my collagen peptides and tumeric this morning, with my coffee of course.
– bought some over the counter iron, SlowFE , because of my IBS. Will start with 1 pill every other day.
– been cigarette free for over 2 weeks! 👊

Most of the day I felt awful, not myself. I refuse to place how I felt in black and white on here or anywhere …. to go out to the universe.

No workout this morning
Dinner was a poor choice but overall good calorie count
For dinner I had a cheeseburger and a med fry instead of a double cheese, large fry and a double hot fudge Sundae. Yes I’m doing it! One day, one food choice at a time!

Woke up feeling blah! Didn’t do my workout.
I didn’t get a good night sleep, happens a lot on Sundays.
Even though I’m starting my day out blah and not feeling it at all, I’m going to make it a great day!
I can do it. I will do it. I am doing it.
It was boring, didn’t and don’t want to do anything today. Not one of my best days, but not one of the worst either!
No cigarettes! I’m proud. Very proud! 2 weeks have gone by without one.
Now, going to put my clothes in the dryer, watch more tv then bed VERY shortly.
I look forward to my work day tomorrow as it brings me routine. I wake up at 3:45 am to workout before I start my work day and it feels great.
Little by little in doing it, I’m changinf my life.

7:40 am Just rolled out of bed- which is not ordinary. Even on the weekends I’m up by 5 am, but I made it a point to stay up late last night and enjoy the sleep in.
Had my collagen peptides (2nd day) and tumeric (been taking for a few months already) in my morning coffee.
Improve skin, hair, bones and joints? Let’s see!
I do have IBS, and can be sensitive to new things but so far I’m ok with the collagen in my coffee.
On another subject, I want to have a cigarette. I’m sure most of my “craving” is habit, a crutch. I have today off and that’s what I do. Smoke! But not anymore, being a non- smoker is part of MY NEW LIFE! 🚭

Worked my 2nd job today so made goal!
My M-F job is a desk job so it’s nice when I work my second job as it’s more active.
Workout done! 30 mins of mixed cardio and weights for upper and lower. My cardio in between sets is a low impact walk/ dance in the room.
Day 6 workout with low impact cardio done!
I used to wear headphones when I worked out as it’s 4:00 am in the morning but I find I do a better workout without them. So, yes I play my music openly! It’s freeing. Not loud enough for my neighbors but my son down stairs is another story lol
Need music for workouts!
Oh my, this morning I’m achy all over! I’m very tired and sluggish 🙁. Note to self: don’t everything take that shot again!
3 days later, I still have the PAIN in my arm and now I have other symptoms. I want my bed, but I’m at work fighting through this.

i don’t have bicep tendonitis – well at least not from weight training 🤪
As I was laying in bed last night, sleepless, and in pain, it came to me I had a shot. I had an immunization in that same arm 3 days ago! Phew, relief! I can go back to my workouts.
Dear doc, don’t ya think you should have warned me about this pain I may get after the shot? I read it can last up to 7 days!
My body is extra sensitive to pain and inflammation, so I’m not surprised by the terrible pain from the shot but if I would have known I would have said forget the Tdap!
Anyway, no workout this morning. Had my coffee with a tbsp of collagen peptides!
